3-Year Degree (Kiest-Morgan Program)
Jump on the Fast Track
It may be possible to become a Kiest-Morgan Scholar and complete your bachelor’s degree in only three years.
Thomas offers a 3-Year Degree Program that saves you money (at least 25% with one less year of tuition, room, and board) and prepares you to get started in a career you love even sooner. You’ll enjoy the same benefits of a traditional Thomas education and campus life activities, a varsity or club sports, study abroad, and internships, but you’ll finish in less time.
How It Works
In order to complete a traditional bachelor’s degree in three years, depending on the number of Early College or Dual Enrollment credit that a student has completed, the College may require that students complete additional course work outside of the traditional semester model. These courses may take the form of specialized formats at the College such as Early Start, EDGE, Maymester or summer online courses. Generally, these courses are offered at no cost to the student.
3-Plus-1 Programs
Students who are part of the 3-Year Degree Program can choose to enroll in a one year graduate program with the goal of completing both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in four years. Program include Thomas College’s well-established Accelerated MBA program, MS Criminology, and MS Cybersecurity.
Program Qualifications
The 3-Year Degree Program is recommended for students demonstrating high potential for academic achievement based on GPA and courses taken. In our experience, this program is a great fit for students with at least a GPA of 3.4, and familiarity with difficult classroom material. Contact Admissions at admiss@thomas.edu or call 207-859-1101 or 800-339-7001 to discuss your eligibility for the program and how it could help you achieve your goals faster.
